The Trinity sits right on the seafront in Chipiona, with a terrace that draws people in for one main reason — the sunset. It’s more of a drinks spot than a restaurant, with people settling in for a Guinness or an Irish coffee as the light drops over the water.
Inside, it leans into the Irish pub feel, but the pace is very much Andalusian. The food is limited to simple snacks and sharing plates, so most come here before or after dinner rather than for a full meal.
Best in the evening, when the terrace fills and the view becomes the main event. Service can slow down in high season, but most people are here to sit back and take their time anyway.
