Chiringuito Las Tres Piedras sits along the stretch of beach it’s named after, right between Costa Ballena and Chipiona, with the sea just a few steps from the tables. It’s had a recent refresh, but the feel is still rooted in the classic beach restaurant — simple, open, and built around the setting rather than anything too styled.
The menu stays close to Andalusian staples: grilled sardines, arroz caldoso, fried fish, with a few slightly more refined touches like tuna tartare or choco meatballs. The focus is on fresh ingredients and familiar dishes done well, and most tables end up sharing a mix rather than ordering individually.
Less polished than some of the newer beach clubs, but that’s part of the appeal. Meals tend to stretch out here, especially at lunch, when the place fills with groups settling in for the afternoon. It can get busy at weekends, but if you arrive a little earlier, it’s easy to find a good table and ease into the pace of it.
