The facility is exclusively designated for residential waste brought by private individuals that does not fit into the colour-coded bins placed at strategic points throughout the urbanisation. Businesses are strictly prohibited from disposing of waste generated by their activities at this facility. Instead, they must manage their waste through authorised service providers, in full compliance with applicable regulations.
Operations are governed by Decree 218/1999, dated October 26, for the Territorial Urban Waste Management Plan in Andalusia.
